Seungki Min is an Assistant Professor of Operations Management at Seoul National University. His research focuses on sequential decision-making and learning algorithms for modern business applications, with a particular interest in dynamic programming and Bayesian approaches to problems such as bandit optimization, customer preference learning, online advertising, and algorithmic trading.
His work has been published in leading journals, including Operations Research and Management Science, as well as top AI conferences such as ICML and NeurIPS. Before joining SNU, he was a faculty member at KAIST and spent over six years as a quant developer in the financial industry. At the intersection of engineering and business, he is passionate about developing practical algorithms while uncovering the managerial insights that drive algorithmic innovation.
